Council Chair Samuel H. Dean (D) - District 6, says "Teen Talk" offered an important opportunity to hear directly from the County's young people on issues that impact them every day. "This special session of the Community Leadership Institute provided some of the County's finest young people an opportunity to express their concerns and work to develop creative solutions for the challenges they face." Chair Dean added that the dialogue between the County's young people and community leaders would be ongoing.

More than a hundred people attended the event, including a contingent of young people from Baltimore.
