New Hope International High School offers students a college preparatory program with the following requirements for a diploma:
21 minimum Credits must include:
- 4 credits in English
- 6 credits in mathematics and science (at least 2 credits in mathematics and 2 credits in science)
- 3 credits in social studies including
- 1 credit in U.S. History
- 1 credit in Civics
- 1 credit in World History
- 2 credits in foreign language (the same language)
- 1/2 credit in fine arts
- 1/2 credit in physical education
- 1/2 credit in health
- 1/2 credit in technology
- 4 credits of electives
The state of Maryland requires forty hours of community service for graduation.
