Tour New Hope Academy

Visit New Hope Academy for a guided tour with the Principal. Tours are given on Wednesdays from 5:00pm-6:00pm. They last approximately 1 hour. Please register for the tour with the link below.

Apply Online

Start the application process online via link below, submit the “Release of Records,” a copy of your child’s birth certificate and the $150 non-refundable application fee.

Note: The “Release of Records” form authorizes the student’s current/former school to release their information to New Hope Academy. We will submit this form to request records along with our “Recommendation Form” to schools, daycare providers, etc. (Parents may also submit this form directly to the school; however, New Hope Academy will only accept recommendations returned via direct fax, email, mail or in a sealed and stamped envelope from the school.) Students in grades 8 and above are required to submit two recommendation forms, preferably from their Math and English teachers. Recommendation forms are confidential between schools.

Student Observation/Shadow and Testing

Once application and fees are submitted online, the Registrar will contact you to schedule a morning of observation for students applying for Preschool or a shadow/testing day for applicants entering grades K-12.


Note: Please note that observations may be 1-3 days and will be determined by the Admissions Committee.


Students in the upper grades will also interview with the Principal.

Admissions Decision

Once observations, testing, records and recommendations have been received, the Admissions Committee will meet. Students will only be admitted if the admissions team determines that the applicant is academically, emotionally and socially prepared to be successful in our program. Application files are not open to parents. Testing results can be made available per request for admitted students. All decisions are final.


Note: Until all necessary records and recommendation forms arrive at New Hope Academy, we cannot proceed with your child’s application.

Submit Commitment Fee and Enrollment Documents

If your child is accepted and you intend to enroll in New Hope Academy, a non-refundable Academic commitment fee is required to reserve your child’s placement. This fee is applied to the academic year the student attends New Hope Academy and will be due each subsequent year for re-registration. Enrollment forms and Facts tuition payment set up must be completed.
